Greg is Principal and leader of advisory and accounting services for Armstrong Dawson and has worked in professional practice for over 20 years.
He assists businesses and their owners with growing and creating strategic value by developing strategies to address their commercial taxation, accounting, and structuring needs. He specialises in providing a roadmap for growth, by addressing the needs of businesses (and their owners) throughout the businesses lifecycle, including business and succession planning.
His experience in business advisory, audit, tax, corporate finance and management consulting both in Australia and abroad allow him to provide a wide range of pragmatic and commercial business advice to his clients acknowledging him as a truly trusted business advisor.
He commentates in national and local press on increasing business value and regularly appears on Sky television’s Business channel as an authority on private business issues.
Rick is an Associate Director at Armstrong Dawson and has over 15 years experience in professional practice. Rick has a Commerce degree from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
He specialises in tax for privately owned and multinational businesses and has a strong focus on providing an efficient and proactive service through a single point of contact.
Rick has previously held senior positions with a major tier one accounting firm and specialist tax roles in boutique and mid tier practices. In his most recent role he provided specialist tax advice directly to private and international businesses and also to a large network of accounting firms. His deep technical experience and commercial insight allows businesses and their owners to maximise value and generate growth.

Nick joined Armstrong Dawson as a Manager with over 8 years of experience in professional practice at mid-tier accounting firms.
In his most recent role, Nick was a Supervisor mentoring younger accountants and managed a diverse client portfolio ranging from small to medium-sized businesses to high net worth individuals.

Nick has worked in the business advisory sector and across all aspects of tax compliance (income tax, GST, FBT) and prides himself on providing responsive and customised service. Nick has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Business Law from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Melinda joined Armstrong Dawson as a Consultant with 5 years of experience in the accounting industry.
Melinda has worked with a wide range of clients and has experience in providing a wide range of business advisory, taxation and compliance services for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies and self-managed superannuation funds. Melinda has a passion for small business accounting and tax issues and actively assists her clients with personalised service and solutions.
Melinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Professional Accounting from Macquarie University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Outside of work, Melinda likes to travel, go hiking with friends, and spend time with her family in Mudgee.
Gabriela joined the Consulting team at Armstrong Dawson in 2017. Working in the accounting field since 2013, Gabriela is passionate about assisting clients in achieving their business goals. Gabriela tailors her approach to meet the needs of her clients, providing tax and compliance advice and guidance to support their growth.
Gabriela is proactive in finding value-added opportunities above and beyond the standard compliance requirements.
Her clientele includes a wide range of businesses from small to medium sized enterprises to high net worth individuals.
Gabriela holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Romina joined the Armstrong Dawson team in April 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Professional Accounting from Macquarie University.
This is her first graduate role in accounting and is currently working as a consultant where her role includes:
- Tax accounting, R&D Applications & FBT Returns
- Liaising with the ATO
- Assisting her managers with ad hoc tasks
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and engaging in outdoor activities.
This is Lauren’s first role in Sydney since moving from Brisbane. With experience in customer service and office administration, she looks forward to providing administrative support to the Consulting team and assisting in the delivery of positive outcomes to their clients.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys catching up with family and friends, watching movies and camping at the motocross track!
Lachlan joined the Consulting team at Armstrong Dawson in 2019. Lachlan currently studies a Bachelor of Professional Accounting from Macquarie University and has ambition to go further beyond.
This is his first graduate role in accounting and looks forward to consulting with his team and achieving the best outcome for clients. His roles include:
- Tax accounting.
- Completing Business Activity Statement's and Instalment Activity Statement's.
- Liasing with the ATO.
- Assisting managers with ad hoc tasks.
Outside of work, Lachlan enjoys playing video games on the computer, travelling and trying new foods.
